லண்டன்: ஐரோப்பியர் அல்லாதவர்களுக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை இங்கிலாந்து அரசு சரமாரியாகக் குறைத்துள்ளது. இதனால் இந்தியா உள்ளிட்ட பிற நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த ஆயிரக்கணக்கானோருக்கு பாதிப்பு ஏற்படவுள்ளது.

இங்கிலாந்தில் பணியாளர்கள் பற்றாக்குறையை தீர்க்க 'shortage occupation list' என்ற பட்டியல் உள்ளது. இந்தப் பட்டியலில் உள்ள பணிகளுக்கு வெளிநாட்டினரை வேலைக்குச் சேர்க்க இங்கிலாந்து அரசு அந் நாட்டு நிறுவனங்களை அனுமதிக்கிறது.
