டெல்லி: டெல்லியில் தமது ஆம் ஆத்மி கட்சி ஆட்சி அமைத்தால் இலவச மின்சாரத்தை வழங்கமாட்டோம் என்று அக்கட்சி தலைவர் அர்விந்த் கெஜ்ரிவால் கூறியுள்ளார்.
