இந்தியாவின் புதிய ஏவுகணை 'நிர்பயா' சோதனை தோல்வி- வானிலேயே சிதறடிப்பு!

பாலாசூர்: இந்தியாவே வடிவமைத்துத் தயாரித்துள்ள 'நிர்பயா' என்ற ஏவுகணையின் சோதனை தோல்வியில் முடிந்தது.

ஒலியின் வேகத்தைவிட குறைந்த வேகத்தில் செல்லும் இந்த ஏவுகணையின் சோதனை இன்று ஒரிஸ்ஸாவின் பாலாசூர் பகுதியில் சண்டிபூர் ஏவுகணை மையத்தில் நடந்தது.

டிஆர்டிஓ தயாரித்துள்ள இந்த ஏவுகணை காலை 11.50 மணிக்கு ஏவப்பட்டது. ஆனால், அது இலக்கை விட்டுத் தவறி பாதை மாறிச் சென்றது. இதையடுத்து அந்த சோதனை நடுவானிலேயே வெடித்துச் சிதறடிக்கப்பட்டது.

பாதை மாறிய இந்த ஏவுகணை கடலோரப் பகுதியில் வந்து விழுந்து வெடிக்கலாம் என்று தெரியவந்ததால் அதை வழியிலேயே விஞ்ஞானிகள் வெடிக்கச் செய்தனர்.

தரையில் இருந்து பாய்ந்து தரையில் உள்ள இலக்குகளைத் தாக்கும் இந்த ஏவுகணையை கப்பல்கள், விமானங்களிலும் பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் டிஆர்டிஓவின் Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE) பிரிவு உருவாக்கி வருகிறது.

இந்த ஏவுகணை 1,500 கி.மீ. தூரம் சென்று தாக்க வல்லது என்று தெரிகிறது. ஆனால், இந்த விவரங்களை பாதுகாப்பு அமைச்சகம் வெளியிடவில்லை.
