தமிழகத்தின் பாச்சி ஷூஸ் நிறுவனத்தை வாங்கும் டாடா இன்டர்நேஷனல்

மும்பை: நோயல் டாடாவின் டாடா இன்டர்நேஷனல் நிறுவனம், தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த பாச்சி ஷூஸ் நிறுவனத்தை கையகப்படுத்துகிறது.

ரூ. 1000 கோடி மதிப்பிலான டாடா இன்டர்நேஷனல் நிறுவனத்தின் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை ஆறு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்புதான் நோயல் டாடா ஏற்றார். இந்த நிலையில் தற்போது அதிரடி கையகப்படுத்துதல் வேலைகளில் அவர் இறங்கியுள்ளார்.

பாச்சி ஷூஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் 74 சதவீத பங்குகளை டாடா இன்டர்நேஷனல் நிறுவனம் வாங்கவுள்ளது. பாச்சி ஷூஸ் நிறுவனம் தோல் மற்றும் செருப்பு ஏற்றுமதியில் முன்னணியில் உள்ளது. விரைவில் இந்த கையகப்படுத்துதல் இறுதியாகும் என்று டாடா குழும தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

பாச்சி ஷூஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் ஆண்டு வருவாய் தற்போது ரூ. 200 கோடியாக உள்ளது. தினசரி 10 ஆயிரம் ஜோடி செருப்புகள் மற்றும் ஷூக்களை பாச்சி ஷூஸ் நிறுவனம் தயாரிக்கும் திறனுடன் கூடியதாகும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
